The Fielding Agency is a full-service literary agency that represents a select number of authors domestically and also handles the foreign rights for titles on behalf of many prominent literary agencies.
Our philosophy is to only represent projects that we are passionate about. We provide our clients with in-house editorial guidance, contract negotiations and long-term career management. After placing a project with a publisher, we stay at the client’s side during every stage of the publishing process and make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
In selling foreign rights, we work closely with international co-agents and publishers in over 35 territories. We help our clients and other agencies place their books abroad without having to establish a foreign rights department in-house or relying on a US publisher’s subsidiary rights department. We are responsible for every step of the foreign submission, sale and publication of each book we handle.
